1. Printed order confirmation, which contains the confirmation number, tour information and the date of visit.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES
1. All cancellations will be charged a 6% cancellation fee of the total amount.
2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a booked tour will incur an additional fee of $20 USD.
3. 5. There can be no refund on unused tickets or cancellations made on the same day of a tour.
