PUNTA VENADO ECO PARK is open all year long. Winter from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What are the current ticket prices?
The only cost to enjoy the park is the TOUR price. If you want to access to our Beach Club, you will have to pay at the entrance $20.00 usd per person. This price does not includes driks or meals.

What are the optional activities?
In addition, there are some other exciting activities you can do like Swim in the cenote, kayaking, hiking and the stay at the Beach club. These optional activities are available at an additional charge when you visit the park.

What Credit Cards are accepted when paying at PUNTA VENADO ECO PARK ?
We are sorry. At the present moment all tours must be paid in cash, we do not accept credit cards.
Why should I reserve online?
- First of all, due to the success of our park, advance reservations will save you time. Save your vacation time by having your reservation vouchers already at hand.
- Save yourself time and avoid going through appointments and phone calls for making reservations when you are on vacation.
- Save money by getting a 5% discount on any Excursion listed, with your online reservation. Also get a 5% additional discount for the SNORKEL TOUR.
- And finally, when arriving to the park, do not forget to reserve your Buffet ticket in advance and make sure you will enjoy our amazing Beach Club view.
How are my online reservations confirmed?
Once you have completed your online reservation a confirmation voucher will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. You have to print this voucher and bring it with you along with an official ID.
What if my hotel is not listed as a pick up location?
If your hotel is not listed you have many options to get to the park. See more.
What are the park rules?
We kindly ask you not to bring food, beverages, radios or other musical equipment, suntan lotions or sunscreens as these damage the marine flora and kill the fish. Please leave such items at the entrance of the park and collect them when you leave.
Can I bring any kind of sunscreen?
The brand recommended is Caribbean Pacific; it must have the legend "Oil Free" and natural ingredients. You can also choose any brand if it is labeled "Paba Free" or "Bio-degradable". IF you can't find any of these; we have some available at our gift shop.
Useful Information:
- It is always advisable to bring your own towels, comfortable shoes, jeans or shorts, bathing suit, a change of dry clothes, and camera.
- You can pay for all your purchases within the park only in cash. For your convenience try to go to your ATM located in your hotel.
- Your bracelet is your entrance ticket and your ID if you need to leave and reenter the park. Please wear it all the time. Keep your bracelet on so you can get in and out of the park as many times as you need during the same day of you visit.
- Some activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
- Optional activities are additional to your ticket price and require reservation at the moment you arrive to the park.
